About us

Marc began his baking career in 1978, where he worked as an apprentice baker at Humphrey's Bakery in Lindfield, West Sussex.

Marc successfully completed his City & Guilds over three years at Brighton Technical College during his time at Humphrey's. Marc also attained "The Apprentice Baker of the Year" in 1979. Marc has continued to work in private bakeries over the years and in 2009 came to take over Liphook's bakery.


Marc and his team aim to deliver high quality; craft made products, sold through his shops in Liphook, Haslemere and Liss, and through wholesale delivery to pubs, schools, golf clubs and restaurants.


Local Produce

We use local suppliers for our shop such as Ed’s Veg who provides organic salad grown in Liphook, Ellis Food Services who are renowned locally for their fresh produce and Nelly’s Farm who provide beautifully crafted hot snacks.

Most of our products are available to pre order and pick up within 24 hours. However, if you would like to order a celebration cake/bespoke orders, please contact us to give you an estimate of pricing and turnaround times.
